I get my hvx200 on Tuesday, and I was told that the book is included. After looking into this more, I think I was told a little white lie. I know I get a P2 card, but I want the book! I have been shooting Panasonic MII for years, and I need all the help I can get! Just spent my last $$ on the camera and a firestore! Is the book included?
