Barry Green's Book and DVD not received

Hi Barry,

I posted a message to warn you that I've not received your book and DVD yet..and so it is!!

It takes a month but still nothing..

You wrote to send another one again....may you?


I'll be waiting for news on this, because I really want (and need) the book with DVD...

P.S. The track number is LJ606403865US but never received it! Probably lost I think..
 
I'm sure if you email Barry he'll be more then happy too look into it for you.

A month is too long to wait, I think the longest it takes in normal delivery circumstances is 18 days. So yes, I'll send a replacement immediately. Please send me a PM with your e-mail address and order number and I'll put a replacement copy in the mail today.
 
I also waited once for more than a month for a delivery from the US, not Barry's but something else through USPS. I partly blame the cypriot customs and post, been told Italians have it as bad.

Hi all,

I'm sorry for the topic about Barry Green..it's not about him..I don't know him personally and probably I won't because two different countries but it's about the delivery service..

I do know that Barry Green is a very serious person and I would never bought something via internet if I wasn't sure to receive it..

And I opened this topic because I didn't know how to send a message directly to him..

The problem is that I live in Italy and probably the delivery service had a problem...But I do trust in this forum, in Barry Green and everything else!

I really apologize with Barry if I made his name with a bad fame..I wouldn't, sorry.

Are you outside the US?
Barry's book took six weeks to get to me.
It was postmarked 2 days after I ordered it.
Yep, it spend all it's time hung-up in Canadian customs.
No matter how you get it you'll find it indispensable.
It's my bathroom bible.
