Just a quick note to let everyone know that in the Dec. issue of HD Video Pro Barry has a great article about the 170.

I also just want to add what a pleasure it is to see him on these boards, helping us all with extremely well informed facts and opinions about video production and hardware.

Thanks Barry,

Ron Nava

Barry & Dan both have really good articles in that magazine, it's one of my favorites although I wish they had a little section in the back that would have reviews for movies shot on HD camera's like the hvx, hpx, 500, varicam, red, cannon's etc. Ya know, indie movies that were shot in HD.

HD Video Pro is my fav magazine... Great stuff, one of the few magazines that is geared towards the professional crowd. Actually probably one of the only ones I can find in my area. We sure are lucky to have Barry, Dan, and I think we have to also recognize Jan.... She sure has gone to bat for the indie crowd , and I think we owe her alot of gratitude. Thanks Jan for your hard work in insuring we got most of what was asked for in the new Hpx, and for helping to quickly rectify the wobble issue!

Cheers, Jan.... Barry....Dan  :dankk2:
