Hey everyone

I've been working with Barry Green for some time now to put together an AF100 workshop at AbelCine. All of us here are really excited about the camera, and we jumped at the chance to work with Barry. He will give a two day course with lots of technical discussion, hands on time, and some shooting too. Abel staff, including myself, will also be on hand to help. We plan to have plenty of accessories to play with and allow you to build up your camera. Here are the details and I hope you all can attend:

Barry Green & AbelCine Present: The AF100 Weekend Workshop

Barry Green and AbelCine have teamed up to present The AF100 Weekend Workshop, a hands-on intensive course featuring the new Panasonic AF100 camera.

This two-day workshop includes detailed instruction on camera operation, lens choice, production techniques, and aftermarket accessories. Class instructor Barry Green literally wrote the book on the AF100, which is included with every camera sold in the United States. Barry will be joined by other industry experts and staff from AbelCine to give a detailed breakdown of the camera and offer plenty of question-and-answer time.

Location: Abel Cine Tech, NYC
Dates: Saturday, May 7 & Sunday, May 8
Price: $395

He's a very talented cinematographer who really knows how to make the AF100 shine, and I'm very glad he accepted the invitation to join us!

Many people suggested that our LA class was too soon, so we've moved it into May!

Location: Abel Cine Tech, LA
Dates: Saturday, May 21st & Sunday, May 22nd

Awesome! May is much better, TY. I'm probably for sure going then just for an excuse to go LA for a couple of days . The only other time I usually get down there is for the E3 expo :-)

BTW: I think your pricing is wrong on the LA workshop dropdown... comes up as only $250

Happy to be a part of it!

Kindred: thanks for pointing that out. There was a bug in our system.

BTW, we have a 25% discount for anyone who bought or buys the camera from us.
