Run and gun with the GH13.

My dad woke me up and told me to hurry up and get my camera. I was changing settings on the fly, forgot to put o.i.s on. A barn caught on fire about 2-3 miles from my house. No one was hurt.

It is sometimes good no to use OIS. I have worked for many years as a news cameramen and often we would make the footage a little bit extra shaky so it would look more exciting.

I understand that, but in this case, using a large focal length even sometimes maxed out while in a moving vehicle is full of micro jitters. I usually never have it on, that's why it was off haha.

great capture! its not every day that these things happen, its good that you an your dad got out to document it a bit :smile: plus no one hurt so all good (apart from the poor barn)

its totally made me wanna switch off that OIS, it felt like district 9 out there.

colours also very nice. i admire your colour correction skills, slight and subtle yet bold and dramatic!
