Bag/backpack to fit lenses with follow focus gears attached?

I'm looking for a bag or backpack that fits lenses with follow focus gears attached. This will be my bag for both photo and video work, and I'd hate having to remove the gears after each use. I'm looking for something to fit everything pictured, plus a few other odds and ends. Does anyone know of any bags with big enough compartments?

I've used Lowepro shoulder bags and backpacks and they've fit my lens gears just fine. They have velcro dividers that allow you to adjust the size of the compartments.
 
Agree with NextwaveG. Any bag with movable dividers should accommodate your needs. I'm using a Tenba shootout (selected because it doesn't scream "camera bag") and drop my glass in with the ff gears on. Just make each compartment big enough to hold the items.
 
Hey Vroom

On those lenses with rubbery focus rings try using the included rubber band on your D|Gears instead of the thumbscrew / nut. They go on and off really quickly and easily that way and hold well (on lenses with rubbery focus rings that is.)

...that is until you find a bag that allow you to keep them on
