Bad video can still be good video - story wise at least

I hit 'I agree' and I just see a white box with no video.

Why special disclaimer treatment for youtube but none for vimeo?

Anyway thanks for the compliments guys. Hopefully I will have some of these characters up in stellar HD quality soon.

I think it's b/c vimeo is a respected site created by film makers and only people's 'works of art' (for the most part) are available for viewing- and I think the mods here stand by that. YouTube on the other hand, is no holds barred, upload anything and everything including all of Aunt May's soap operas from the DVR to home vids of the cat chasing it's tail, over and over and over and ...well, you get it-
don't get me wrong, I'm a sucker for animals that sing and stand-up comics dressed as clowns giving legal advice to kitchen appliances--and the occasional 'Babbabooey' on channel 9 news in the middle of a crisis report....BUT-- I think the mods here, (correct me if I'm wrong), are concerned that just about 'anything' can pop-up in one of those YouTube windows and thay want the respected community here at DVX to take it upon themselves to actually see what's on the other side of that "I AGREE" button.

Yeah, I get what you are saying... but lately I have to say, with proper encodes, youtubes quality is blowing away vimeo, and youtube won't turn your 1920 x 1080p fiel down 20 720p. That makes me angry like the hulk.

Youtube has been a mess with stuttering lately since they added HD.. but it's google with a gadzillion dollars added massive buildings of servers every month or so to accommodate the 13-15 hours of video they receive per minute or maybe it's per second from around the world.

I would have to see a video of you as a kid doing this to believe you made it up. I mean, maybe the Triumph guy stole it from you for all I know, but just saying it is very hard to believe. Especially now that you emulate his style and voice, it's exactly like Triumph.

Maybe it was original on both your parts from too much Mr. Rogers Neighborhood growing up, but regardless, you are talented and have the same quick wit that makes Triumph so funny, and you are very entertaining.

Well, hey, thanks. Again, at this point, when I decided to make it a parody, I morphed it and I actually say they are related. I;'m sure Robert Smegal would kick my ass but I didn't start out wanting to do triumph... it just sort of happened... I have hundreds of characters... go to my website http://blackout.com and listen to some of my prank calls. I promise you you'll be in for some fun.

Here's the first Trumpet Dinopup hd trailer:

More a play on trailer editing than the character... but fun and first try of doing the character with the gh1... still way to shaky I need some sort of stabilizer steadicam or something...
