Bad Recording

My DVX100b has about 80hrs on it so far, I have run tape cleaner through it as well. My problem is this. Whenever I record something and play it back. The footage has digital lines through the frames, and the picture looks alittle sped up. I have no clue what is giong on and could really use some help.

Also the lines seem to stay in the same spot. When I play other tape in the deck from previous shoots it seems to be fine. Its only when I record somthing and then play it back are the lines there.

When you ran the cleaning cassette through, how long did you let it run? Did you follow the directions on the cassette case?

There may be just a bad spot on that particular tape.
