PRe: Awake (dream scene test).
I have some comments about the clip generally. Please note this is just my view, so please don't take it personally. I do a lot if this type of stuff so I can appreciate how much time it takes to get it right. Overall it is very good.
I had to watch the clip a few times to try and work out what was not working for me. I think the background moves too fast and maybe it would work better if it was slowed down a bit.
1. I would start the scene about 2 secs in. The buses in the first 2 secs don't really do much to establish the shot.
2. The shot where the character is really first seen was not that clear. ~2secs. I was at first drawn to the character in the white top. The main character tends to merge into the background and does not stand out.
3. When he bends down to pick up the paper ~11secs. Maybe you could add some motion blur to him to help disguise the fact that you have sped him up.
4. The cut from the above shot to the next shot does not work for me. Maybe if the next shot was about 2 secs later. Whats happening is that he is moving in the previous shot. in the following cut he is not moving.
5. In the shot where he is walking away ~18secs doesn't seem to work, I think that the apect ratio is not quite right. Or maybe some motion blur might help.
Please note this is just my view and comments from my perspective after viewing the clip several times and is not a critism on your fine work.
