AVCHD Playback via USB Stick

Do ANY of these panasonic blu-ray players that take SD cards actually remove the pulldown on the fly and play 1080 24p correctly?

The Panasonics are known for correct recovery of 24p from 24p-over-60i. Most modern players can do this.

so do you know of any software that can take the gh1's 60fps *.mts files and convert it to 30fps, keeping the *.mts file? I'm using a pc, no mac.

If you process your finished film in accordance with avc-hd requirements and burn a avc-hd DVD you can play it back on a BlueRay compliance player
