Auto S-Reel Lock

I have been shooting recently, and randomly, when i hit record, my camera will say Auto-S-reel lock, and then shut itself off. Then a few hours later, it will be fine. This is terrifying when I am in the middle of a shoot. Any advice?

Sorry to hear about your problem.

My advice would be to search for "reel lock" and you will find threads upon threads on this topic.
