auto iris - "M" mode

i was wonder if its possible in "M" mode to have a quick button/switch for auto iris? Is it possible for me to set one of my custom buttons for auto iris? I couldnt find anything for auto iris settings in the menu. I'd like to use it so i can switch it on and off to adjust exposure faster instead of cranking.

Or how do u enable the exp. lock button in Manuel mode? doesn't seem to work.

you could use TV mode (shutter priority). in this mode, you have manual control of your shutter speed from the get go, and aperture will default to auto. turn exposure lock on and you get full manual control of the aperture. turn it off, and it goes back into auto.
