auto focus problem

Just received my AF100. I mounted a Lumix H-FS 14-45 micro four-thirds lens on the camera. This lens is suppose to auto focus but does not. The focus switch is on the "auto focus" setting and the "lens check" in the menu is "on". When I flip the switch to "manual focus" and then back to "auto focus" "MF Only" displays on the screen. Help, what am I doing wrong?
Any advice would be much appreciated.

To the best of my knowledge the only lens that works with "true auto focus" is the 14-140. All others work with Push Button Focus. And having used the 14-140 in a test shoot on "auto" I can tell you that it does not work well...push to focus in many situations can be very useful though.

VFR mode WAS on. That was it. Thank you so much!! Lots to figure out and learn...
And yes, auto focus is a bit sluggish with this lens...
Can you tell me how to dial in a specific color temperature?

Got to the PreSet Mode. Using the button at the front of the camera where you set the WB, and put through to the VAR mode. Once there, use the Function Knob to step through it.

Best,

Thanks Jan!
Camera just arrived late this afternoon. Very excited about shooting some test tomorrow.

Hi Jan.

Something this camera realy needs is some kind of "You are filming in VFR now" AF and audio is disabled.
You need do enable auto iris for face detection to be able to start. Does not come a "notice" when you desperately try to enable face detection.

Where do I post this to have the guy actual coding this to hear it?
