C100: Audio static with Rode Shotgun mic on only one channel

Hey all,

I have a strange problem one of my two C100s. When I plug my Rode shotgun mic into channel 1, there's a ton of audio static no matter what I do (Phantom power on/off, levels, trim, different XLR cables, etc). My lav mics work fine though. When I plug in that same shotgun setup to channel 2 though, no problem. On my other C100, both channels are also fine with that mic.

So basically I only have a hiss issue when that one mic is plugged into that one channel on that one camera. Any ideas?

Yes. I used the same Rode mic plus XLR on the other C100 and it worked fine. So the problem seems to be only with the one C100 channel when using that shotgun mic (XLR lavs work fine in that channel on that camera though)
