Audio problem.

I had a shoot yesterday where I was interviewing a business owner in a factory. The only place that was quiet enough for the interview was an office that was fairly small. There was no carpet and no acoustic ceiling. You guessed it, it sounded like we were in a tin can. Does anyone have experience with eliminating that slight echo or to at least minimize it using FCS2?

Can't. At least not significantly, and the louder the echo is compared to the voice, the more likely it is you can't do anything about it.

About the only thing you can do is lower the audio level and hope the echo falls off some. But, see above.

Sometimes a multi band compressor will help. Especially one like the Roger Nichols "Dynamizer", I think that's the name. Anyway since it's bands are based on signal strength if your echo is a bunch lower than your vocal it can help a lot,
