Audio Not Matching

I shot my first event on sunday, and i used different brand name tapes, sony to canon, becuase they didn't want to buy the 20 tapes. I have never encountered so many dropped frames, as well as some of the audio on the interviews are not matching up! While others are!:crybaby: Please help, this is my first bar mitzvah and i don't really want to tell them "there is nothing i can do." Specs:
Final Cut Pro
Sony Master HD Tapes ($25 per three pack)
It's like the audio is to slow behind, and there is not enough video to fit the audio?

did you try to reupload? i've had some problems that i've fixed that way. Also, what framerate were you using, and did you set your capture and sequence presets to correctly edit that frame rate?
