C100: Audio Levels in C100

I just got a Sound Devices Mix-Pre D and I am doing some experimenting with levels into the C100. It seems that the metering on the C100 is about 6db above what I am seeing when I bring in audio and view it in Premiere. In other words, if I feed the camera tone and set it to -20db, then bring that into Premiere it is showing -26db there. Voice is similar as well. Do others see this discrepancy or do I have something wrong?
 
Has anyone tested this? Curious to see if the levels your camera is saying are what your edit software is saying.
