Greetings,
I worked with some freelancers today in NYC who do some work for CBS etc. They told me their production company just purchased several Canon 7Ds, with lenses and audio gear. I was telling them, how much i was happy with mine except for the sound etc. (i record sound separately with the Zoom h4n etc. but not through the camera) They relayed to me that there is now a amp that fits on the bottom of the canon 7D that you can record and meter sound with it. Does anyone know about this amplifier? What it is called? Where could i purchase it for recording audio directly with meters etc.
thanx,
Omar
