Attaching Carrion monitor to HX-A1?

Hi!


I’m thinking of buying a XH-A1 and use it with my M2 35mm adapter. I know I’ll need an external monitor check the focus for this setup. I’m leaning towards the Carrion since it’s got a lot of good reviews and I can’t seem to find a cheaper option with good enough resolution. (If anyone know of a better option please tell me!).


Can anyone tell me how to best attach the monitor to my other gear? I might be miss informed but from what I gather the XH-A1 doesn’t have a hotshoe that I can connect it to? Will I need some sort of arm to connect it to the M2 adapter?


Does any one of you use this or a similar setup?



I’d rather not want to have the monitor on a separate tripod.

It has a hotshoe but I wouldn't put the monitor on there. That thing is heavy.

Best mounting option hands down is the Zamerican arm by Zacuto. It's nearly $400 though.
 
Thanks for the reply! I have mailed Zacuto about possible sollutions.

Do you think the noga-arms are too weak to hold the Carrion?
