When I was shooting on a BMPCC, a cable clamp for the micro HDMI was required due to how fragile the port was. The HDMI ports on the Ninja Star do seem less fragile but I was still interest in clamping the micro HDMI cable to prevent damage from knocks or cable yanks.
My friend gave me a cable clamp made by SmallRig so I did a quick DIY to bodge it onto the Ninja Star. It does block the audio jack but I don't use that anyway. It's a little crude in it's current form but I'm sure it could be made to be a little neater. Unfortunately these cable clamps are quite expensive, £22 from Amazon!
