I do agree about the missing mounting hole. I was very surprised when I received mine that I had no secure way to mount it. Given that it is clearly designed to be a portable unit with the battery and all, a very surprising omission. I originally mounted it with dual lock to the back side of my battery plate. Inelegant but it worked.
