Are these guys legit???

I was in the market to buy some film equipment so called BandH and they were closed so I then went to good old dvxuser to find some reputable sponsor links and found this seller. They were on the dvxuser website in the upper right hand corner. However after seeing some of "EVS's" prices it makes me seriously wonder if this is a legitimate seller?

Does anyone one here know or have you heard any feedback?
 
Yes, they're very legit. They have a brick & mortar store in Burbank, I go there all the time. They are a staple of the industry for sales & rentals out here in Los Angeles. Knowledgeable, friendly people & good prices. Can't go wrong with EVS.

Their prices are crazy low!!! :)

They don't do any of that stuff where they sell you a camera without the accessories do they?
 
Yep, we are a real store. hahah i opened this page expecting to see one of those grey market scam places and warn you against them, hahah i was very surprised to see the place i worked! so in my opinion, they are pretty trustworthy hahah

You trust BandH & BandH sells the AG-HMC40 for $1,849.00

I'm sure you believe that Amazon.com is a legit store, and they sell the AG-HMC40 for $1849.00

EVS sells the AG-HMC40 for $1,829.95 and you're freaked out that it might be a scam because you think the prices are crazy low?

It's only $19 cheaper! Is this thread for realz?
 
I've been away from the boards for a while and the last I knew I thought that camera was on BandH for $3200. It's a message board, so I asked the question, didn't mean to anger anyone, but thanks for the many positive replies. :) I'll be giving them a call today!
 
Thanks randert and scott, good to here! We appreciate your loyalty, i actually drive about 30 miles to get there for work.
