Hi, I'm sorry for this question.
Are there any compact photo cameras recording good HD 1080i video like a good videocamera (around like Sony nx5u)?

Is the problem with the GH3 that it's too big?

What about the Sony RX100? It's tiny and the video quailty is quite good. It shoots 1080p at 50 or 60fps (depending on the camera version), but you can convert that to 1080i in post.
 
My wife is a correspondent for Univision Network and carries a little Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS20 but...it shoots 1080p not 1080i. Also shoots 30p

They have intercut it's video with P2 1080i video from their "big" cameras for her news magazine stories...and it looks pretty darn good. The best feature I like is the awesome 20X optical zoom (40X digital zoom) on this little camera.

It is compact. Just not sure how stuck you are on producing interlaced video.

I thank you for yur suggestions but nobody have told me how much good is th video quality of these photo cameras. I'd like to listen news from people are using HD camcorder like Sony nx5u. How much is far its video quality?
