This has been mentioned before, but I don't think any conclusive answers have come along, so...
Is it possible to somehow manually control the aperture on DX lenses or, indeed, any still photo lens that lacks manual aperture control?
I have no idea how one would do this, but can I expect third party aperture adapters appearing for DX lenses closer to Red's shipping date? I recall Evinsky was looking into possible modifications... Any updates on progress would be fantastic
I'm keen to know as I am looking to purchase lenses for a DSLR and would like them to be compatible with my Red camera when it arrives. For now, I am playing it safe and only considering lenses with an aperture ring.
Thanks in advance :dankk2:
