Anyway to Reduce LED Strobe in Post?

Hey ya'll I just shot a band performance that was lit on a stage with bright multi-colored LED lights which in the footage has a nasty strobing effect (from what I remember reading, LED's cause this strobing due to their particular flicker frequency). Is there anyway to reduce this in post with any plugins or any way??

Thanks

Do you mean the stage lights were strobing like this which causes an odd artifact or were they constantly on?

I guess he means that the lights are strobing means they .. well are strobing, which makes your footage flicker permanently which is very stressful to watch. I recently shot some footage and have the same problem, they had a real shitty light which was flickering like hell and I couldn't get rid of it no matter what shutter speed I dialed in.
I've been looking for a fix in post but haven't come across anything so far, would really like to know if this can be fixed in post either in FCS or Premiere.

You could probably write and expression to suppress it in After Effects, or use the Color Stabilizer effect, but both would be very time consuming.

See if I can upload a short clip later today, I've got a deadline to meet though and a lot of clips that suffer from strobing, so it might not be feasible to fix them in a short period of time.

I had a similar thing happen to me. You can reduce it by taking down the color of the led light in your CC program of choice. Or go Black and White and discard the color info that the LED's were using.

If the LEDs were the only source of light then you have a cool experimental film in your hands. (ie: your screwed )
