That's exactly the one I use with the 7D and it works great. Be aware this one uses Sony EX1 batteries , there are other models with different battery options.

What's the difference?
I mean about the battery? Is the Sony too expensive? I saw one at 200 whatever...
 
Depends what battery system you have already and how long you want a single battery to last. I bought this one because I already have Sony EX-1 batteries. If you don't have any then you might look at the version that runs on standard Sony on Panasonic batteries instead.

Batteries I have are NP-QM91D which I use on my A1U.
 
Those monitors are available with different batt mounts - same monitor..

the one you linked to says..

"Sony B Series Battery Mount"
