Anyone used Glidecam with any adapters?

Lol Mikko's been working too hard.

With the 35mm adapters the handheld stabilisers (assuming your using the DVX) cant take the weight, and on top of that focus is near impossible unless your using a remote follow focus operated by a focus puller.

I've seen a lot of footage using the brevis35 on a glidecam 400. The brevis mounted with a fairly small prime (50mm seem to work well) only amount to around an extra 1lb of weight. Focusing is obviously a real issue but it'll depend on what you plan to do. If you're following one point of interest (someone walking down the street for example) shoot fairly wide open and keep a controlled distance and you'll be hunky dory.
