I've been wanting to upgrade my kit to an HD camcorder and I think the XH A1 is the way to go for my price range I was looking around ebay and came across this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Canon-XH-A1-C...&ps=63&clkid=970186210140118123#ht_981wt_1135 anyone think this is a good deal? I was thinking of going for it... but spending so much money on ebay always seems a little scary.

Well remember...there are knockoffs out there. Also the UK is Pal land and not NTSC so that is another knock if you live in the states. Not to mention they use different electric voltage there vs the US. So. I would stay close to home and try to find someone close so you can inspect it before you buy.
