Anyone know if this battery solution will work?

I saw someone post this in an earlier thread as a possible battery solutions for the gh2, but it seemed to have been lost in the discussion. Has anyone tried this with the DMW-DCC8 & DVX100 batteries? I read in another thread there was some issue with using DVX100 batteries due to voltage, but would this adapter compensate for that?

Also - I just wanted to say that I am brand new to this whole DSLR video thing and I've probably learned more on this forum in the past two weeks then I did in my last two years of college. Thanks to everyone for sharing all their awesome insight.

LineBreak, I just saw your question here. This is too new to ask other members as we are only getting ready to start shipping this week. But we definitely designed and tested the device to make sure the DVX100 style batteries work with GH2 (video). In any case, if the solution does not work for you for any reason, you have 30 days to return the product - no risk to you. HTH
