Anyone know how to output HD-SDI Embedded Audio to Mixer?

Anyone know how to output HD-SDI Embedded Audio from three HPX370s to a Mixer? I understand each HD-SDI output from each camera embeds 4 channels of audio. How do I get this into a mixer for a live production HD Mobile Flypack?

AJA makes a SDI Disembedder to convert into XLR. Anyone done this before? Does it work well? Experience any sync issues with audio and video? Thanks in advance for any replies.
 
You will need....

A mixer with SDI (embedded) audio inputs. - Rare
A mixer with digital (AES/EBU) inputs and a Audio "Disembedder" to extract the digital audio from the SDI stream.
A mixer with analog Line inputs, a Audio Disembedder, and an Audio "Digital to Analog" converter. Many companies make units that disembed and convert to analog in one step.

Thank Mikko. I plan to convert audio to Analog into an audio mixer and the video will go through a switcher. Both sources will get combined again into a AJA Ki Pro to record the master. Will I experience sync issues? Will I need an audio delay box?
