There are suddenly several 100A's advertised for sale each day (now that the 100B and the HVX are on the scene). I'm sure you're checking ebay too.

Curious why you bailed on the film scene 10 years ago. And what is prompting your return?
 
Hey Ralph welcome back. I've got a great, low-hour kit that I will be done with in a couple weeks.

I've got it set up with a firestore, cine-style gear, wide angle lens, extra batteries and nice cases.

PM me if you want to talk about it.

I'm sure as notwithstanding mentioned ebay has a bunch, but my kit is in like new condition.

I don't think the small honorium that I've received for a heavy medical documentary is enough to even come close to what you want for your stuff. Yesterday someone who was going to lend me money to make this project as professional as possible pulled out. Film is like that. So that leaves me with only a $3,000 honorium which is not really enough to do the project. I'd beg and borrow and get a third person to dop but it's a very heavy film where people are going to reveal very personal stuff so the fewer people the better I feel. What's the most important thing is that the subjects remain calm and feel relaxed and trust me. If I didn't feel that the subject matter was so important I'd probably say call me when you have a bigger honorium...I'll be fishing.

But let me know how much you want because who knows what may happen between now and Monday. What's in the kit?
