Any way to smooth out micro jitters in post?

Hey just shot a music video with two 7D's. Love the camera! It's so sharp and clean it scares me.
However, after seeing all the amazing footage coming out of the Canon, I got a little over-confident with just how well the camera could handle handheld shots smoothly...
So long story short I got a lot of micro wiggle jitters jello whatever you want to call it. It's not catastrophic since we have a lot of coverage, but there are some shots that are just too perfect not to use except for the damn micro jello. So is there anything out there, for After Affects or other that can save my ass and fix moderate wiggling? I'd do some research on my end, but sitting in front of the computer all day editing, I was hoping to get some input from the pros here. Thanks!

damn lighting fast.. so will basic motion tracking help fix it? Any success with it? I'll try it out.

Tnx for the suggestions, smooth cam didn't really work. My friend has a plug in for nuke he says works ok, will try it out on monday. He also recommended the foundry plugin. Might give it a shot if all else fails. Kudos.

Sadly micro jitters when shooting at 50th of a second seems to print a smudge on the image of the frame. So when you stabilize the shot, the shake is removed but the smuge stays. When you look at the footage corrected, it seems like there is a problem with the codec.

Smoothcam can be tricky but it works wonders on shaky footage. You will need to wait for analysing, then play around with the setting until you get the dirsired effect. Make sure it doesnt say 'disabled' in hard to read light text. in the viewer the smoothcam should tell you How much it is zooming to achieve the effect.

Sometimes I intentionally shoot wider, knowing that i will smoothcam in post.

Guys, I don't think he's talking about simple shaky footage. He's talking about rolling shutter. Smoothcam can't do anything for rolling shutter.

Well it's a combination... If I can fix some of the shaky footage I can live with a little rolling shutter jello, or the other way around.
