Any way to get our footage to look like RED Camera footage?

Is it pure resolution , dynamic range color grade? I want to know is it any way possible to get Canon Dslr footage to resemble RED

If I need more DR from a camera that can't handle it, I light for the look. Suppress your scene's DR with light. Same mentality as saying the best cure for aliasing is art direction. My 2c.
