C100: Any recommendations for noise reduction settings?

I've been playing around shooting Christmas lights with my C100 II at various high ISO settings at night. I'm getting quite a lot of noise at the default settings. Do any of you have suggestions for noise reduction (and any other) settings?

Thanks,

Ed

I tested my C100 (mark I) and NR3 is ok.
But C100 mark II is more cleaner, but with high ISO (over 4000) it could be ok.
The best way is an external recorder (185-200Mbps, I-frame only - ProRes HQ or Avid DNxHD185), with NR3 in camera - all frames looking more noiser (without NR3), but it is really noise and you can made denois at post.
Internal AVCHD has a lot of frames, where it is not noise but compression artefacts - you can't denoise them at post. Only the first frame in GOP has nice noise for denoise at post, others are with artifacts.

The custom picture profile you're employing will also factor in to the noise level. For example, Wide DR is quite noisier than Cine 1.
