Any recommendations for ND filter?

Just picked up the Lumix 20mm F1.7 lens and think I might need an ND filter. Will be shooting alot outdoors in sunny LA so it will definitely help. Anyone have any recommendations on a low-/mid-budget type thing?

Also, do I definitively need a polarizing filter too, or is that more of a luxury item that can wait? Thanks!
 
Hey there,
I just bought this one, works great! A little vignetting when it's at its MAX setting. Shot this vid with it recently (the narrated portions). Definitely worthwhile purchase! Wish I would have bought it sooner.
 
I´m using the Coking P Filters holder, have 3 ND and 1 Polarizer filters, is really nice and inexpensive.
