Any places that still sell brand new Canon 1DC?

I realize the 1DC was discontinued a little while ago, but does anyone know where I can find one brand new? Would B&H have completely sold out of them or do they ship them back to Canon once they've been "discontinued"?
 
B&H supposedly bought out every last one a while ago...and held on to them for a long time even once selling it for $3,999 brand new. I believe places like that ship the remaining stock back to the companies after products are discontinued, but can't confirm. Sometimes, depending on the item, they will just sell out all of the inventory and be done with it.

There's probably a zero chance of finding a brand new one in the US anymore, but I would still reach out to Canon and see what they say.
 
What often happens is that a larger retailer will scoop the closeouts from the smaller ones, especially if the manufacturer cuts them big price breaks. Never say never but the onus is on a buyer at this stage to find an old piece.
