Any one using xf-100 and dof adapter?

I know the whole adapter scene is old news, but if any camera seemed made for it the xf-100 looks pretty good. Light weight, decent low light performance for a small chip, and the big one built in broadcast codec. Paired with a letus mini bundle it would still be a manageable size, and less cash than the af-100 or fs-100, and as an added bonus you get a proper camcorder and servo lens for the non filmic and 'run-n-gun' shooting that you probably do most of the time.

Am I missing something?
 
Quite an old thread, but I'm actually trying to re-assemble my 35mm adapter and give it a try with my XF100. Maybe not for shooting entirely with that setup, but at least, for some scene.
I always really liked the "organic" look of these setup. All I have is a DIY adapter, but I'll see what I can do with it.
