I have both a 7D and XH-A1S and I have found it somewhat difficult to get the colors to match up coming out of the camera. What I am hoping to accomplish is to find good flat settings for each camera that get the colors as close as possible coming out of the camera. The better the two videos match coming out of camera, the smoother my workflow can be. It seems like the 7D footage comes out a with a very slight green tint and when placed side by side with the A1, it looks cooler. What would be great is if there was a picture profile floating around that helped bring the two cameras into sync. I have been messing around with the camera settings, but it has been more of a challenge that I thought it would be to get them matched up.
