It costs about 70 bucks total. And it is so SMOOTH.
 
Can you tie more than one of these units together to extend your total rail lenght and still be smooth or haven't you tried it?
 
maybe screenforme knows that,
yes, you can tier more than one together, you can screw them together on the inner site, and i DON´T think you can put someone on the plattform, cause the wheels and their construction is too weak

Yes, it is big. Yes, you can add another rail to it, tape necessary, though it takes some work to get it level and with no bounce between two pieces.
I haven't put a person on it, but if you build a skate dolly strong enough, it is possible I suppose as I think the rails are quite strong. My dolly only holds the tripod and some sandbags.
