Another "Just Got My HV20" Thread!!!!

Have had it now for a few days, and I'm so very impressed by the images I'm seeing, sorry do not have the time right now to post them. Last I tuned in here, people were having a hard time with the PF24 footage and FCP, what codec to use, etc. Am I right in understanding that it needs to go through Cinema Tools to extract the "dummy" frames in order to edit on a 24P timeline - kind of like the DVX's 24P Standard mode? Bought simple handle for base, as I intend on using the camera much like a super 8mm, at least in approach. Just gotta say though, I'm floored by the camera.

what kind of handle did you get? With that small of a camera I think it would help.

I was looking at one at best buy yesterday. Thinking about it again. Hows the footage look?
