Another Cheap Zoom Controller

Thought I'd try this out, unless anybody has, and was disappointed(I know, you get what you pay for).

I've got one. Its kinda cheap and flimsy, but it certainly does work. Warning: if you plug it in and your camera dies, you didn't fry it with the cheapo zoom control. Check that the controller's on/off switch isn't set to "off"; it'll shut down your cam as soon as its plugged in if it is.

Damn! LANC here LANC there and under $30.

Why don´t the make that for the HVX?
It don´t even need a LANC protocol, just simple resistors.

It works fine! To fine tune the focus, I tap the N + F buttons until focussed rather than holding them down.

Just thought I'd chime in on the controller. Bought it and it works well. It's not a $200 one, but it works well for less than $40 total cost. Very happy.
