I was out today shooting with the Iscomorphot only on a 50mm lens (the Rexervision is sale pending to a member here), and will upload footage tomorrow (depending on when vimeo allow me to upload another HD video) that is cropped to the size of a T2i sensor.
It looks damn good too!
I have it set up nicely with step up rings so that it's secure in alignment and allows focus pulls from 0.5m to infinity - no messing with diopters.
It's sharp from f4 down, and very dreamy above that (due to what I think is haze on the rear element - but it gives great images). It's got great character for that reason.
