An XH-A1 short, FADED

Great footage - fog frightens me when I'm grading, as it's so easy to introduce banding. Is this straight from the camera?

What's the music? Very fitting!

The footage was shot with Disjectas original vividrgb preset and graded in Color. I was really surprised that the fog didn't break up the HDV codec more. It seemed to hold up pretty well.
 
Unfortunately, never saw Tortoise live. I'm glad you mentioned Chicago, though. I'm now in Nashville, TN and haven't updated my info. (BTW, Tortoise's first album is still my favorite by far).
 
Nice footage. how do you load to Vimeo with HD? Do you export full frame and just load it up or compress it some before and then load?

I agree. Nothing has quite lived up to the first s/t lp. I was lucky enough to catch them live for the tour of the first album while living in Colorado.

Thanks. I'm not sure what platform you're on, but I just use Compressor with the HQ Apple TV setting, then upload. It seems to come out pretty well that way.
