Hello dear DVXusers.
This is my first post, aye. I've been living close with the HVX200 for 2 months now and I am satisfied with it, but I don't seem to be very good at achieving the quality and picture others seem to get.
4 days ago, I visited a guy and asked for help. I said I wasn't satisfied with my P2 quality, but he loaded it into his p2-drive and played it on a HD-monitor and the pictures were absolutely stunning! but when I was supposed to do that at home, on my Windows laptop, into premiere (just moving the .MFX files over to premiere) the quality seem to suffer a lot. There are no crystal clear pictures as I see on even youtube examples of the hvx.
I'll post my P2 clips here, shot in 720p 25pn, 50 frames / 25 frames, imported to premiere, and exported with 85% quality with intel 5.0 encoder.
www.systricks.com/hvx/Sequence%2004.avi (5 mb)
www.systricks.com/hvx/wash.avi (20 mb)
I thought you guys might know something, like:
Ahh, of course stupid! you gotta blablabla, and then bliblabla
edit: oh, and shot with Cine-D!
