Aliasing & Moire = Please Help

Lately it seems like a lot of my recorded footage is having this problem. Whether it's on stripe shirts or fine detailed objects. It's really bothering me and I do not like the way it looks.

I have sharpness and contrast turned down in my camera from the "neutral" setting. Wasn't there a new picture profile that helped with this?
Thanks for any help on what I should do, but shooting roofs, cars , telephone wires and many other objects as of now has been very difficult for me.

Use a different camera.

Sorry, I know that sounds like a cold-cop-out answer, but it is true. Either that, or use things that blur the image back to near SD resolution.

Avoid:
hair (lol)
telephone lines
certain clothe materials (lol)
screens
bricks (in the distance)

In most cases the audience will not have a trained enough eye to notice some of the visual anomalies produced by current gen dslr. If you are uploading your final product to the internet, than you may be over stressing about image quality. But at the end of the day, picture issues with dslr are well documented. If you do not like it, then buy a FS-100 and it will be cheaper in the long run, than dealing with the dslr short-comings.
