AGDVX 100P life expectancy?

Howdy folks. I've got a Panasonic AGDVX 100P (one of the earliest models) with at least over 500 hours logged on it (I would give you all an exact number but I just went to check and for some reason the clock reset itself and now it only reads 61 Hrs).

Is there an estimated life expectancy of this camera? I clean the heads whenever I see dropped frames or tape glitches, and that happens rarely. I've kept it stored in it's case ever since I got it (4 years ago) and have taken very good care of it. I've just been thinking about this issue for a while and thought I'd ask some fellow DVX users.

Well i think it all depends on how well it was taken care of. Sounds like you have kept yours very well, so I would imagine that you'll be able to use it for a good time yet.
