AG-DVX100A Rebate Kicked up a Notch

Yes my book and magic bullet software were included with my camera. So I assuming the book, software, battery and tapes were the $1000 accessories
 
Hello Jan - quick question...

I know the rebate/magic bullet/accessories offer ends on Oct.31st... any chances it would be extended as it has before? I figure Panasonic is now phasing out the DVX100A for the incoming DVX100B, is it possible the rebate will remain in effect until inventory of the DVX100A is cleared out (if it doesn't clear out by Oct.31st of course...) ?

It has been 7 weeks since I sent in my rebate form and I still have not received a check or any other accesories. I am not able to check my rebate status online anymore since the rebate has been removed. Does anyone know who I should contact?

I am experiencing the same problem:

I had just ordered my DVX100a before Oct. 31st, but the camera has yet to arrive, so I was unable to send in the rebate form online.

Unfortunately, I have found out that the form has been taken off of the Panasonic website. So what the hell do I do now? Shouldn't they have known that there are still people trying to claim the rebate and accessories?
 
I contacted Jan Crittenden, and without a moments notice, she replied and told me that the rebate site will be put back online tomorrow (for those of us who still need to submit the form / check their rebates standing)!

Well, the same link I believe will be put back online tomorrow, so where ever you used to check the status, it will be back online. I only assumed you were able to check your status at all, because one forum member above us stated: "I am not able to check my rebate status online anymore since the rebate has been removed." But to tell you the truth, I have no idea where you are able to check your status. Could you do that before?

You check status in the same place where you entered your rebate claim. Go to the camera's webpage. Click on the Rebate link, Click through to the page that says enter here for making a claim, call here for calling, or click here for the electronic check.

so i eventually got my cheque in the mail, but i didnt get my accesories yet, is this the wrong way round, should i still be expecting accesories or could they have got lost on route ?
 
It's been... 8 weeks and I haven't seen hide nor hair of my rebate check or the extras. I guess it'll be coming anytime now. My rebate status says "check in progress", whatever that means. Last time I checked my status it said "check issued."

Go to the panasonic website. U can check the status of your check.
 
I did check on the website and then I remembered that I didn't request the rebate until the beginning of October. So it's only been 8 weeks. My mouth is watering thinking about it! It would have been a nice 30th birthday present for me but now it'll have to be Christma- err, Holiday gift ;0)
 
My check came right before I was to give up all hope. All the tapes and battery came too. Don't worry, they'll show up.
