AC160 AG-AC160 Record Problems (Breakup)

I have come across a problem with records intermittently breaking up. These were recorded with a SanDisk Extreme 8GB SDHC Card and Lexar Platinum II 32GB SDHC Card respectively. These are both Class 10 cards formatted in camera before recording and write protected immediately on removal. When i first saw the problem i figured it was a card issue. Then I saw it on a second card. The issue can be seen in the original MTS files as well as after transcoding in final cut pro 7.0.3 log and transfer. The problem appears to not be an issue of clip data size as one of the clips is over 80 minutes and the other is very short. I emailed tech support with examples of the problem. I got no response from them so i called after hours and was promised a call today. No response so i called again during business hours and was given a load of crap from the tech on the phone. I am at my wits end with Panasonic. Anyone have any good experiences with Panasonic support? I have samples for anyone interested in seeing the problem.

Sure, give me access to a small mts that i can download. I will open it on a fast machine, then see if it looks any different under Sony Vegas Pro.

The question I have is: does the issue show up on the original card, when played back by the camera? Or does it only show up on the computer?

Are you sure the cards are genuine? There are lots of rebadged fakes that are of questionable quality and which usually don't meet the advertised speed rating.
