AC130: AG-AC130 low light settings?

Hello,

what are the best manual Scene File settings, if I shoot low light situations?
How should I adjust thinks like Detail, Master Ped and Gamma?

It would help to know a lot more about what you're shooting... "low light" is pretty general....
 
I should snowboarding and skateboarding at night with flood lights.
Cause rider's fast motion I have to film with a 1/120 shutter.
I just wanna have clean images with the lowest possible noise.
