AF100 Ugly? Not at all....

I have an ARRI BL IV. rigged with a 1000' mag, a 25-250 lens, matte box and follow focus = 68 lbs. Oh, plus the weight of the film.

It's gorgeous. I've been staring at it online every night and getting excited. Starting to feel guilty...like i'm looking at PORN !

I don't think the camera looks any different from the form factors of the HVX's/DVX's/HMC's we're all used to.

When you take the lens away from any of Panny's compact pro cams, this is pretty much what they all look like.

I've been oogling at the camera enough, I've come to actually like how it looks. Further, i think I'm familiar with it enough I could operate it blindfolded.

It is sad that they do not plan to make multiple colored versions ala Pentax.
IT'll be pretty to have one in red with green handles and silver screen and VF

The handles are removable! Time to get some custom parts made and PIMP MY CAMERA
Maybe put a spoiler on the back...
